Only 2 hours from Britain and 30 minutes from both Alicante and Murcia Airport Casa Colinas is siutated in the perfect setting for a fabulous holiday.

 

Our beautiful bungalow is set in the gorgeous Dona Pepa residential area of Ciudad Quesada.  The bungalow will sleep upto six, having 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with shower, WC and sink ~ the other with bath, WC, sink and bidet).  Both bedrooms have 2 (larger than average) single beds in each with ample storage space.  The settee in the sitting area pulls out to make a double bed.  Satellite TV is provided, stereo, washing machine, microwave and all other items you will need on your holiday.  All towels and linen are provided.  The only items you will need to bring are towels for the beach. 

 

There is a sun terrace on the roof where you can watch the beautiful sunsets all year round.  The front garden is private where you can lounge on sunbeds or just sit and read.  There is a front porch where you can dine in the evening and also one at the back of the bungalow.

Ciudad Quesada is a wonderful town set 9KM inland between Santa Pola and Torrevieja on the South Costa Blanca coast.  This part of the Costa Blanca is classed as the second healthiest place in the world mainly due to the local Saltlakes, giving the area an all year round micro-climate, the daytime temperature rarely drops below 18 degrees even in the middle of winter.

 

 

Average temperatures in Ciudad Quesada:

 

The town has it’s own business centres, numerous restaurants, banks, supermarkets, business services, Doctors Surgery, Dentists, 24 hour petrol station and even it’s own Waterpark.

 

Dona Pepa has a local English bar called Laurel & Hardy, which is situated at the top of the road, within 5 minutes walk.  This offers traditional meals, 3 course Sunday lunch and a children’s menu.  It also offers Monday Quiz Night, Pool Tables and Big Screen Satellite TV.   There is also a fine Italian Restaurant, a Chinese, an Internet Café, Boutique, large Supermarket, Cam Bank (Spanish) and lots more.

 

It has it’s own Golf Course “La Marquesa” Golf and Country Club.  It is an eighteen-hole course, par 72 and is approximately 5799m long.  Set in a beautiful area with views of the Salt Lakes at La Mata, this course accommodates every aspect that a golfer would expect in a great golf course. 

 

All in all Ciudad Quesada is a wonderful place to spend a family or golfing holiday with all year round sunshine, wonderful Blue Flag sandy beaches and World Championship Golf Courses.
