January – March	£200.00 per week
Easter Break	£375.00 per week
April – May	£350.00 per week
June	£350.00 per week
July – August	£400.00 per week
September	£300.00 per week
October – December	£275.00 per week (half term week £350.00)
Christmas	£300.00 per week

 

Prices are for a week – they do not run Saturday to Saturday it depends on your flights and availability at the time. Prices are fully inclusive (not per person).

 

A deposit of £100.00 is required to secure each week when booking Casa Colinas.

 

Full payment must be made 6 weeks prior to departure.  

 

I CAN ACCEPT ANY UK/DEBIT CREDIT CARD BY PHONE AS I HAVE A REGISTERED BUSINESS.  I ALSO ACCEPT PAYPAL AS A METHOD OF PAYMENT IF PREFERRED.

 

If you cancel after this time and we cannot secure another booking for your dates you will only be entitled to half of your money back. If we can secure a booking then your money will be returned in full.

A refundable £100.00 breakages deposit is required (this would be in the form of a cheque ~ returned to you within 14 days of your return). This will be returned upon your return and our contact with the cleaner.

 

* Please note there will be a 40 Euro cleaning charge made payable locally to our cleaner on your departure day.
