Golf Courses...
Situated within 5 minutes from Casa Colinas. Nature seems to have provided a ready made site for a Golf Course in Ciudad Quesada. Set in the low lying land with residential properties and other amenities overlooking this oasis, the gently rolling slopes lend themselves to facilitate every conceivable variety expected of a fine Golf Course.
The most difficult factor lies in the characteristic layout of the greens, with their attractive and complicated slopes.
Bordered by streams and lakes, which gives the course excellent views and provides beautiful natural surroundings to play in.
Designed for elite competition, the 18 hole course is divided into three sections, with water coming into play on the 4th, 9th and 17th holes. There's an opportunity for a birdie on the 6th (par 5). The practice range is completely separate and measures 300m by 100m. This course has the recommendation of Cliff Pluck, Secretary of the Sussex PGA, who is a regular player here.
The Club House is located in the centre of the golf course. It has a coffee bar, pro-shop and restaurant with a splendid terrace for viewing play on the course. There is a further swimming pool.

The La Finca golf club lies in natural surroundings of great beauty and
with fantastic views only 10 minutes drive from Casa Colinas. Its
facilities are open to those people who want to play golf in the heart of
nature while being able to enjoy the beaches, sailing clubs and a host of
other facilities and services just a few minutes away.
This 18-holer is on mountainous ground which makes the course very
interesting for players who like to take a few risks. As it is very
mountainous, it calls for difficult strokes. The course is not too long and has wonderful views. Accuracy is required.

The course is not too long, and is well adapted to the natural surroundings and terrain. It is a varied course, although the fact that it is located in the lowest part of a valley means it is not very undulating.
There is Mediterranean vegetation in abundance as well as thick woods, although they rarely come into play.
The greens are not too small and each hole is completely different. The difficulty of this course lies in having to avoid a natural precipice and several water hazards on some holes.
